Consider a project carried out by the Marine construction, logistics, and coastal management team: their job often is to reconstruct a creek and surrounding drainage, which has been heavily degraded by previous human impact.  This will be done from the water directly due to accessibility issues.  The team provides a stable alternative, mimicking the natural surroundings as reasonably practical. Improving water quality for any aquatic organisms and overall reducing long-term erosion and sedimentation, a key threatening process to numerous native aquatic flora and fauna species.
